These things are the bomb! Just like the ones I installed in my apprenticeship 35 years ago! It couldn't be better: wax, round and it fits urinals. Fairly priced.

faucet repair

I have an outside commercial faucet that uses a key to turn on. It's valve stem is stripped out and will no longer shut of the water. I'm wondering if I could just get replacement parts from some where.
For goodness sakes, buy a new faucet/hose bib! You will spend more time and money searching for a replacement that probably won't fit than it is worth. Check out the Grainger catalog. They will have what you need
