Need a pump to collect water around my water heater, under the house crawl space, Rain water collects and gets 4' deep!

This sure will cause damage to the heater ! Rust etc. Need a float switch to control and there is sand mixed in the water some !

Can the pump allow cleaning once each year of service by removal of the top plate and motor ?

After my a/c was cleaned, large pcs. of matter got washed into the container . I could not get the pump & plate off my old pump after removing 4 screws! Last resorted to dump out the 1 "hole.
