Replacement Propeller, Propeller Dia. (In.) 12, Bore Dia. (In.) 5/16, Bore Dia. (mm) 7.96, Number of Blades 3, HP 1/10, RPM 1500, Blade Material Black Powder Coated Aluminum, For Use With 2LY90

Hub Description

What are the measurements of the hub (depth, OD)? How does this mount on the motor shaft (set screws, key way/key stock)?
The hub is a 5/16" I.D. Unfortuantely I do not have the O.D. or depth specs because it is a direct replacement part to a floor fan that we carry. Also it fasents to the shaft with a set screw.

High Capacity Thermostatic Actuator, Temp. Range 43 to 79 Degrees F, Capillary Length 80 In., Max. Pressure Water 150 psi, Steam 15 psi

why are the acuators melting ? Im only running steam system at 6 psi , which is 229.8 degrees

Honeywell T104B1038 GRAINGER # 3UC68
If the temperature is what you indicated, they should not be melting. They are rated up to 248 F. I wonder if the plastic is too close to the actual radiator and that may be the issue. You may want to change the valve configuration to move the actuator a few inches away from the radiator.

I have an LG 12000BTU Portable AC. Can this cleaner be sprayed through the top where the air blows out?

Do I spray this through the top where the cool air comes out from? Or do I have to take AC body shell off and spray cleaner directly on the areas to be cleaned ( coil, fan, etc.)? Opening it would void my Warranty.
No, this has to be sprayed directly on the evaporator coil. You would have to open up the housing to get to it.

You will get 1848 CFM @ 1.5 SP. Do note, the 4C119 does not come with a motor. You must decide if you want open drip proof or totally enclosed and what voltage you will require. Once you do, contact us and we will give you a part number that includes all the components.

Does the grill fit between joists (22 1/2")?

It says you can mount the fan above the joists so you would not have to cut, if 24" on center. What it doesn't tell me is whether the grill fits between them (22 1/2").
The grill does not rely on joists. Wherever you mount the fan, weather its above the joists, or you cut it out, you cut a whole in the drywall ceiling directly underneath the fan and that's where the shutter will mount.
