I need help picking a muti-meter

I need a meter that will measure frequency, i.e. up to 65hrz as well as AC & DC amps and voltage. This meter will be used primarily in the diagnosing of portable generator systems and alternators.
The Fluke 179NIST is a very versatile multi-meter that has a frequency counter, as well as a temperature probe, and can measure up to 10 Amps continuously.

Cost runs right about $400
If you need more Amp capability, try going to the Fluke website and searching there. Hope this helps.
