I AM LOOKING FOR A METER THAT WILL MEASURE THE THICKNESS OF PLASTIC BAGS

Your looking for a micrometer. No need for high tech just the need for measurement.

Navy NSTM Chapter 504 table states to use a gage that is 1000PSI to accomplish a hydrostatic test of 80 PSI.

We believe that using a gage that is 1000 PSI we would not be able to see any movement of the gage hand. What pressure gage should we use when doing a test with a pressure of 80 PSI ?
Best possible guage 0-160psig. this would run the guage close to its center point.
