repeater capable/best of both worlds in emergency/rescue situation

Do you sell any FRS/GPMS 2 ways in packs of 2 radios that are able to communicate with a channel or 2 that will communicate with a local repeater? I am looking for the best of both worlds. A set of 5 watt radios that has the longest range radio to radio for wooded areas and not only to be able to communicate with others in my party but the outside world...say 10 to 20 miles if I can bounce off a local repeater in an emergency/rescue situation. It would be great if you carry a dual channel GPMS/vhf where I can put a real antenna on the radio. As we all know power and antenna are the primary functions for reaching out...right? If I had a GMRS/vhf would I be able to reach the repeater if it was 5 miles away..in emergency situations or for rescue?
Thank you,
Jim
