No, I do not recommend this product.

Very low security. Single wall on top, sides, back, and bottom. Metal walls are thin, easily cut pie slices allow easy entry.
Turning the combination dial run opposite every other safe I have ever opened, and with fewer turns required. Instead of going past the first number by three turns, you only need two passes, then one turn past, ect.
The door closes well, and feels secure.
Its not very heavy, so bolting it to the deck is mandatory.
It will keep kids and other honest people from getting a hold of your guns.

Can I find a strong padlock with no keyhole.

Key holes can be blocked with a tooth pick and quick set glues. I need a lock for a rural property gate that remains unattended for months. Weather resistance and hammering survivability is also required.
Pl advise.
Try Medeco. They make some of the best locks.

Try Kee Light or Kee Klamp if you want to make your own.
