too expensive for what you get.

Manufacturers often think you HAVE to buy from them to get a new battery pack. Buy 2 NiCad packs (6 batteries in total) for cordless phones and solder them in, saves 70%.
I do the same with power tool batteries. They mainly require sub-C sized batteries that are available on the market ($1.50 each) or on the Internet but you cannot use NiMH as they have less Amps when doing the hard work. They only last longer (higher capacity). NiCads are still standard, I haven't yet seen sub-C Lithion ions yet.

...only if you order it. Seriously; the description clearly states that it replaces the 18 V NiCd battery on all tools except for the 3HU69 Radio. And the charger 1VXY2 is for both types of batteries (NiCd and Lithium Ions) as long as their voltager is between 18 and 28V.

I am looking for a 2"-3" id rubber grommet to protect a wiring harness

we cut holes in metal boxes and then put harness or cables thru the hole and want to protect them from getting cut on the metal box.
I have seen box assortments on line but would prefer to use grainger

buy oil seals and bolt them over the hole you cut with 3 self tapping metall screws: fast and looks totally professional as the oil seals come in different sizes.
